Our Mission
Baby Dance Club is a 30 minute dance class for the parents and caregivers of babies 0-18 months old! The class is designed to create community and joy for adult participants while providing tools to connect with babies through dance. No baby music here! We’ll have a fun upbeat playlist of music to get us dancing and laughing. We understand that people who have given birth may need to modify some movements or take breaks, which will be encouraged and celebrated at the studio.
Do I need a baby carrier? No, but you are free to use one! The teacher will offer a variety of options for how to hold the baby but ultimately you decide what works for best for you.

With years of experience as a nanny, she has always sought ways to connect with fellow caregivers, creating a space where they can unwind and de-stress through fun, engaging classes. Recently,

Recently, Sandra earned her baby massage instructor certification and is excited to welcome both babies and caregivers to her upcoming baby dance and baby massage classes.
